As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards across all our projects, our leadership team carries out periodic director site walks to review on-site health and safety standards, as well as overall project performance. These visits are an important opportunity to ensure our practices remain aligned with our company’s values and to recognise the hard work of our teams and contractors.

Last week, several of our directors visited the Fairwater Community Campus project in Cardiff where we are working as Principal Contractor, to review safety and quality standards ahead of the proposed handover of the Cantonian High School building in December.
We’re pleased to share that the site of all 3 schools continues to demonstrate a strong safety culture that is adopted across the board, with the entire supply chain contributing towards this culture. Despite reduced production levels as we approach the final phase, the site remains efficient, controlled, and well managed and the consensus was highly positive from all directors in attendance.
A special acknowledgement goes to the contractors working on the project. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering a major development on time, to a high standard, and safely is evident throughout the entire site.
We look forward to the final stages of the Cantonian High School building this year as well as the ongoing development of both Riverbank and Woodlands Schools next year, and are proud of the collaborative effort that continues to drive this project toward successful completion.
