Health & Safety Award Winners - November

We are pleased to announce our November Health & Safety Award winners, recognising individuals who have demonstrated outstanding commitment to creating a safe, positive, and proactive working environment on Fairwater Community Campus.

These individuals have gone above and beyond in promoting health, safety, and wellbeing on site, and their efforts do not go unnoticed. Congratulations to the following winners:

• Ben Hydes – Evans Electrical. Ben is recognised for his commitment to Mental Health Awareness, helping to promote open conversations and support wellbeing in the workplace.

• Dai Roberts – Ian Williams Carpentry. Dai is awarded for the high quality of work carried out in the main atrium, maintaining excellent safety standards throughout the task.

• Darren Millard – Ian Williams Carpentry. Darren is also recognised for the quality of work in the main atrium, consistently delivering work safely and to a high standard.

• Jay Bishop – Classic. Jay has been acknowledged for always wearing the correct PPE, maintaining a positive attitude, and showing strong dedication as a hard-working apprentice.

• Johnny Sheehan – BESL. Johnny is recognised for his positive intervention input, demonstrating confidence to step in and help keep everyone safe on site.
