Today we’re celebrating International Women in Engineering Day, a day to recognise the incredible women shaping the future of our industry.
To mark the occasion, we spoke to some of the talented people at our Fairwater Community Campus site to talk about their careers, what inspired them to work in engineering, and the advice they'd give to the next generation considering the profession.
Our industry thrives on different perspectives, skills and experiences, and we're proud to celebrate those who make a difference every day.
