Supporting Employment Opportunities For Prison Leavers

We recently joined fellow employers from a range of industries at Parc Prison as part of the relaunch of their Employment Advisory Board (EAB). It was a fantastic opportunity to explore how we can help guide the prison in supporting employment for individuals leaving custody.

The Employment Advisory Board brings together local businesses, industry leaders, community representatives, and prison staff to provide insight, support, and constructive challenge to the prison’s training and employment initiatives. By engaging with employers, the prison demonstrates the benefits of creating meaningful pathways into work for those preparing to re-enter society.

Our shared vision is to improve resettlement outcomes, enhance employment opportunities for prison leavers, support them in sustaining work post-release, and provide strategic guidance to the Prison Employment Lead (PEL). We are proud to contribute to this important work and to help create pathways that make a real difference in people’s lives.
