Our new road sweeper will help us keep the local area clean as construction at Fairwater Community Campus continues to progress. BESL Project Director, Bertie Borley, recently visited Vision 21 Spectrum in Cardiff, a vibrant and welcoming community hub that supports people with learning disabilities through skills-based, work-related training. However, Vision 21 is far more than a training centre.
